Served with luganiga and arugula in a gorgonzola, fontina and parmesean sauce

Stuffed with spinach and pancetta, served with asparagus and linguine in a garlic-tomato-mushroom broth

Angel Hair Pasta

Served with a fresh tomato sauce, basil and shaved parmesan cheese…
