Grilled eggplant stuffed with spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese, served with marinara and drizzled with cream sauce

New Zealand lamb lollipop with garlic mashed potatoes

Cavatelli pasta baked with mozzarella and provolone cheeses with lobster, shrimp, and crab topped with Italian breadcrumbs

Chicken Scampi

Lightly floured chicken breast sauteed with roasted garlic, red onions, and red and green bell peppers. Topped with a white wine cream sauce and served on a bed of angel hair pasta

Cheese and Spinach Ravioli

Topped with with mushrooms in a pesto cream sauce
