Roasted Pepper Salad

Fire roasted sweet red peppers with thinly sliced onions drizzled with Span- ish olive oil
Add $5 Bonito del Norte (Spanish tuna)

Crispy Fried Smelts

Lightly floured smelts fried and served with lemon

Sepia a la Plancha

Grilled cuttlefish with garlic infused Spanish olive oil with a side of mayonnaise.

8 oz. Chicken breast topped with portabello mushrooms, green onions, spinach, and baked asiago cheese served on a bed of garlic spaghetti noodles

Mediterranean Ravioli

Ravioli stuffed with zucchini, squash, bell peppers, and mushrooms sautéed with peppers, onions, and tomatoes in a brown butter sage sauce

Shrimp Scampi

6 jumbo shrimp served with herb and vegetable (corn, bell peppers, and peas) wild rice in a white wine basil butter sauce
